Sustainable architecture
It is not just about imagining, planning and executing an architectonic piece, but also about optimizing resources; being able to find solutions that are friendly with the society, and minimizing the harmful effects that construction has on the environment. This is our challenge.
The planning must be directed towards the conscious and responsible use of natural resources, choosing ecological techniques and materials that suit the needs of the population.
The sustainable architect learns not only how to use available ecotechnology, but also learns about the use and preservation of energy, deploying that allows him or her to make a diagnosis of the final impact that the construction will cause on the urban tissue.
If you think that harmony between design and ecological challenges is a must of the XXI century, Unarte is the place for you.
